Every project starts with one transparent number written into the SOW. No hourly billing creep, no surprise invoices, no agency-style retainer tricks. If scope changes, we agree on a written change order before any new work begins — you decide whether to proceed.

Confidentiality by default.
Every conversation, document, and line of code is treated as confidential the moment we receive it. NDA terms are baked into our standard contract — you don't need to ask. We never share client work, internal data, or unreleased ideas with anyone outside the engagement.

Honest timelines, owned by us.
We commit to milestones in writing. If we miss a milestone for reasons within our control, we absorb the cost — you don't pay for our own delays. We'd rather give you an honest number up front than an optimistic one we know we can't hit.

30-day post-launch warranty.
Any defect in code we wrote — bugs, regressions, security issues — is fixed free of charge for 30 days after launch. No small-print exclusions, no debate over what counts as a bug. If we built it and it's broken, it's our responsibility to make it right.

Cancel any phase, no lock-in.
You can end the engagement at the close of any agreed milestone with 14 days' notice. We refund unused fees on a pro-rata basis. There are no cancellation penalties, no minimum-term clauses, no escalating exit fees — your runway stays yours.

Clear hosting & maintenance terms.
When we host and maintain a product for you, the SLA, uptime targets, security update cadence, and monthly fee are all defined in writing before launch. You know exactly what you're paying for, every month, and you can stop the service with notice at any renewal.
Full agreement
The above are the principles we won't bend. The full contract — including IP ownership terms, payment schedule, liability caps, dispute resolution, and governing law — is shared in writing before any project starts. Read it, negotiate it, then sign.
